As Technical Director for a new cruise line, I oversaw all entertainment-related technical aspects throughout the ship's build, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects across over 11 venues, including the main theater, restaurants, spa, and broadcast center. I led the installation of advanced AV systems, coordinated contractors, and designed technical elements like lighting, audio, automation, pyro, and video systems. I was responsible for hiring contractors and working closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services. I also managed the broadcast center, overseeing TV and film contracts for engaging guest content. Collaborating across departments, I ensured seamless integration of all technical elements to align with the cruise line’s vision. My efforts created a state-of-the-art entertainment environment that surpassed guest expectations, setting a new standard for cruise ship entertainment.

I lead the design and installation of all production shows across multiple vessels within the NCLH fleet, transforming spaces into captivating worlds that redefine cruise ship entertainment. As the creative force behind the lighting rigs, I am responsible for both budgeting and the artistic design, shaping every rig to serve as a dynamic, expressive element within each production. As the project lead for the Lighting and Sound Technical Entertainment build for Virgin Voyages, I was entrusted with overseeing the integration of both lighting and sound systems across the Resilient Lady. My responsibilities extended well beyond conventional advisory duties, as I played an active role in guiding and managing the entire installation process. Collaborating closely with design teams and contractors, I ensured the technical aspects of both lighting and sound were flawlessly executed. From the initial design phase to final installation, I ensured that all elements were carefully coordinated, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arose. My leadership brought a layer of expertise that not only ensured technical precision but also aligned the systems with the overarching vision for the ship’s immersive entertainment experience, elevating it into something truly exceptional.

As a Show Control Technician with Disney Cruise Line, I was responsible for the seamless integration and operation of all technical systems supporting live entertainment across the fleet. My role involved overseeing the live control of audio, video, lighting, and automation systems, ensuring flawless transitions and technical execution during performances and events. I collaborated closely with production teams, performers, and technical staff, integrating complex technologies to create captivating guest experiences.
